又是鸭蜜鸭蜜篇
之前有一天大发奇想(忽然觉得自己可以的),决定挑战自己的厨艺,尝试煮了咖哩鸡.(注意:是鸡)
我拜托朋友帮我准备好300GRM 的切丁鸡肉,而我自己则切好POTATOES和茄子.
但当我必须把那一团还带有血丝的鸡肉放进锅里时,一股恶心感忽然涌上心头,看来我还是不行.
咖哩鸡的重点当然是BRAHIM'S的COCONUT MILK CURRY PASTE 啦.(不然咧??)
理论来讲是很简单的,但我得承认当天任务失败(有图为证),哎!
中国朋友当天也尝试弄了包子,味道不错(她后来包了菜饺让我尝)
再来有昨天刚出炉的PANCAKE,虽然过程有点搞笑(因为我们弄错步骤),出来效果还不赖,是吧?
PANCAKE涂上CHOCOLATE SPREAD或BUTTER或HONEY,好好味~~~

Tomorrow is Sarawak's Dayak Gawai Festival. I read on newspaper that many people balik kampong and today i found out that really less car on the road. Haha. Happy Gawai. ^_^
you put too much water,
next time, put oil fry the chicken first, when it's almost cooked, then only put in the paste. then only add in the water, little by little.
